--- tags: pc --- # 2019 product cloud contribution ## Initial and release the stable training service * I Built up the architecture of frontend, kept making frontend friendly so that trainers and students can enjoy our convenient training self-sevice to manage, have classes, and track the resource usage by visualized charts * Designed the architecture of backend with Davide, took responsibility to deliver new feature as fast as possible and handled part of operation * Owned frontend of product cloud ## DevOps and Re-define workflow * built up front-end projects CI process for DevOps spirit * Initialized e2e test and created the test plans for training * A docker file for building proper front-end image * In order to have code quality I setted-up the standard Code review mechanism * To make project more maintainable I re-defined project folder and file convention and structure of front-end * Defined front-end commit and git flow * Defined and setted-up new workflow on Trello with Davide by agile development ## Management * As a coodinator between EU and TW, helped members to understand whole pictures, our purposes and consult them during developing. * As a mentor to lead Frank, Draco, Patrick, Harry make them to get familiar with job content quickly * Help memebers to deal with everything that related or non-related to jobs ## Trial compose * Worked with Antonio to build-up the first version of trial compose service that helped our sales to customized what they needs for promoting trend micro products to our customers * Owned frontend of trial cloud ## Other * Led team members to cowork with a few IT members for IS camp Chatbot competition and fulfill every devOps challenge
