# Ideas to Improve Gnars Branding x Athletes
## MEDIA AND FUND.

The Ideia here is to bring a discussion about where we should spend more time to bring more people to the community and consequently more buyers of Gnars NFT.
We need to think as a Company, our brand, so we need to enforce our base to lead new people to gnars.

### 1. **WEB2 PEOPLE x WEB3 PEOPLE**

There is a big difference between web3 people and web2 people when they get their first known about Gnars.

When onboarding someone from web3 it's easier, they know how it works, we just need to present better the community and the DAO.

BUT, probaly is not their first NFT project, their are already engaged in other projects, already spending time on thoose, and wont spent to much time here if he doesn't see it profitable or really valuable for what he does.

Gnars can be the entry for web2 people, as me, harder for the onboard, but, it will be the first DAO to know, can spend more time understanding the DAO, undesrtand better the web3 world, and probably will buy his first NFT with us, share his victorius NFT on Medias and will be the excitment to help the community.

So lets talk first about how we can improve things to bring more web2 with Media (intagram)

### GnarsDAO IG


Main Media for web2 people is IG and Tiktok, but I will say about our IG here.

[Gnars](https://www.instagram.com/gnarsdao) , Don't know who is in charge of it, but we have a great midia, with an growing followers but lack of consistency of posting photo/videos etc, it loose the interest of new people because of the algorithm stop showing the page for them.
Neuro Branding has a strategy that, doesn't matter the brand, but if you have consistency in showing to the audience, they will get the curious to look up what is that about.

#### Funding GnarsDAO IG

First Idea:
It would be interesting to fund our page or a institutional post video. Sponsoring some post or page is important to get to the big crowd, and than throught time will filter who is really interested to onboard.

Second Idea:
(don´t know if it is already happening) but we should fund/hire a Media manager that will have the duty of posting, looking for content, thinking about post, a job as midia manager, can be someone from our community or a media company, you choose. Someone that has the knowledge to do a properly post and consistence on it. It is our entry gate for web2.

Now I will enter at Ahtletes and branding to explain why we should have the attention to our ig.

## ADVICE FOR GNARS ATHLETES

**1. Why we sponsor athlete?**

Gnars want to help the path of athletes, doesn´t matter if you are a Pro or Freerider, only need to do crazy shit with your favorite extreme sport and be gnarly.

You, Athlete, are our front, who show the Gnars brand to the crowd and your followers. But, we are not a company, and you are part of the building strategy of the community, so here are some advice in how we can improve our branding on you.

First: You are free, there is no MUST/SHOULD here, but improvement tips that you can do if you want.

**2. Asking for Gnars Sponsorship**

Prepare a proposal presenting who you are, what you do, if you are new at gnars or web3, try to show previous work in web3 if you did something already.

Use a lot a photo/links to illustrate yourself, it is an way to prove what you are saying.

Present your Idea of sponsorship.

PLEASE show a marketing strategy, doesn't matter if it is a simple strategy as 1 post/week story/day, or crazy Idea using SEO text, Partnerships etc, Is importante to show that you care about showing the brand.

See what kind of phisical material it would be nice to have for the brand to be shown in photos and videos.

And than ask for the grant needed, but ilustrate better the amount for each part of the idea.

**3. Proposal accepted, what would be nice do and how.**

You are part of the community, you have the same role as everyone, the difference is that you are our front. So how can you help building the community?

**THINK AS YOUR BRAND, ACT LIKE AN ATHLETE.**

Be creative, you are free to use how it please you.
If it was your brand, how would you like to show it?

Some advice about Media, simple ones.

It would be amazing if every athlete, after their proposal accepted show yourself at their medias presenting the new brand that is sponsoring you. With your mother language and English version for a inclusive way.

He Pin the video, got a nice cover showing the brand, made compilation of stories for Nouns.

If Gnars will be your main Sponsorship, please give the attention needed as the examples above.

**4. Day by day content with a lot of examples**

IG STORY
Remember who see the noggles for the first time, doesn't know what that is, so try to help him to lead to our main page. how?

1.Tag @gnarsdao and @thatsgnar.ly where people can read it and can click it, don't hide the tag.

2.Show your phisical material arriving, make an "ask question" try to engage the audience.

3.When mentioned the brand tag in the midle of the sentence.

4.Even if the brand is not there, but you think that is gnarly, tag it, no problem.

5.time to time.
Put a link on it leading to some gnars place. Can be youtube, website, auction site, or discord, if you are talking about gnars, lead your followers to some place.


Don't need to do this all the time, of course, do what you do, but remember to tag us, in a way clickable and readable.

The Idea here is for you to be free with your media, but lets build Gnars together.
