# Workspace Business Information
In this article, we will be using our DEMO workspace, Flowers By Lily. The main goal is to add basic information about your business now before adding Live Chat Widget.

Using the menu on the left, click WORKSPACE to load the Workspace Editor. By default, Workspace takes you to My Business and Business Information. Here you may add your business logo, name, address, phone number, email and website.


## Adding Phone Numbers

Let's start by adding a main number to the Phone Directory. Click ADD PHONE NUMBER to open the info blade.


Enter the phone number and appropriately label it for future reference.


You may add more numbers to the directory. All numbers in the directory will be displayed here and in the workspace info blade located in the Conversation tab.


## Adding Your Logo
Rake does not require your logo but adding your logo helps personalize your workspace. While still in Business Information, add your logo by clicking EDIT LOGO to open the Edit Business Logo blade.


Upload a PNG or JPEG formatted image by clicking UPLOAD in the Edit Business Logo blade.


Once saved, your logo can be previewed in the Workspace Editor for revisions or modifications and it will be displayed alongside your workspace name.


## Update Existing Information
When first creating your workspace, you must provide your business information. What if you want to change your business name, business address, email or website? Easy! In Business Information, these may be edited and updated.
