# Workspace Business Hours In this article, we will be using our DEMO workspace, Flowers By Lily. The main topic of discussion will focus on setting your business hours. With the menu on the left, select WORKSPACE to enter the Workspace Editor. By default, Workspace takes you to My Business and Business Information. ![](https://i.imgur.com/cfEfLIU.png) In the Business Hours section, you may add your business hours as well as days you are closed. ![](https://i.imgur.com/M2S9OK8.png) Hours can be changed to half-hour increments. Click the hour to change the time so that it reflects your business hours. The time can accommodate 24-hour businesses. ![](https://i.imgur.com/ckt2U8I.png) Click SAVE and your are finished! Depending on your Rake Plan, customers that use the live chat widget after your business hours will receive a message indicating that it is after business hours. If you are enrolled with our BeeOpen service, after business hour inquiries will be routed to an agent immediately. # Finished! Whats next? Congratulations!
