## Verify Mobile Number
Verify your mobile number to your account. You will be able to receive SMS notifications on conversations, customers, tasks, reminders and visitors on your website.

Rake includes a mobile application for both Apple and Android devices called Rake Mobile. To login it requires a verified mobile number. With our mobile application, you can take Rake with you on-the-go. Whether you are away from your desktop or are on a jobsite, Rake will be with you.

## Workspace Business Hours
Set your workspace business hours to have accurate information on your business. Our live chat widget displays certain messages depending on the hours of operation you set for your business.

Regarding Rake tasks, business hours also affect the service level time.

## Live Chat Widget
Get conversations started by adding a live chat widget to your website! Use the unique code located in the workspace editor and add it to your website. Build trust for visitors by customizing your widget to match your brand. Then, ensure visitors engage easily by adding a proactive message.

You don't need to be an expert web developer to activate Rake's Live Chat Widget but if you need help there is a place to send instructions via email to your web administrator.

## Conversations
Rake is a powerful communication tool that allows you to have conversations both with internal and external users. "External" interactions are those with customers and prospects while "Internal" conversations are between you and your coworkers.
