# Verify Mobile Number
Welcome to Rake! In this article, we will be using our DEMO workspace, John's Bakery. The main topics of discussion will focus on.
1. Verifying Mobile Number
2. Launching Mobile App

Each Rake user should verify their own mobile number to their account. Let's get started by verifying your mobile number to your account.

## Verify
Click on your name at the top right and select account.


My Account will open basic information about the user as well as notification settings. Enter your phone number and click VERIFY.


A window will pop up and ask you to send code to verify SMS. Check mobile device to enter your 6-digit verification code. If you need to resend a verification code, you are allowed to do so.


Double check to see if your mobile number is verified. You are now able to set SMS notifications and have access to our mobile app.


## Mobile Application
Take Rake on-the-go and never miss a chat. Our mobile application will allow you to answer both internal and external conversations. Rake offers the mobile application on both Google Play Store and App Store.

**Google Play Store**
For best results, search RAKE MOBILE in either store and look for our logo.

**Apple App Store**

Once downloaded, we will require your mobile number to sign in. Our mobile app does not use user names and passwords to access the workspace. Enter your phone number and you will be required to enter a verification code.

 

Enter validation code to proceed to the last step. Choose your workspace. You may have mutiple workspaces availalbe to choose from if you have more than one workspace tied to your mobile number.
