# Geph User Group Rules / 迷雾通用户群规则
1. Chat content can be unrelated to Geph as long as unrelated chats do not overwhelm Geph discussions.
2. **Disruptive behavior is not tolerated!** Examples of disruptive behavior include insulting other users and using inappropriate language.
3. **Respect for free speech is paramount** to discussions within this group. Calmly and logically arguing against opinions one disagrees with is good. Insulting other users for their opinions is not. Attacks against free speech are thoroughly condemned.
4. Pornography and related subjects are forbidden.
5. Spamming stickers and advertisements is strictly forbidden.
6. We use [Github issues](https://github.com/geph-official/geph5/issues) to track bugs and feature requests. To report a bug or request a new feature, first check if a similar request exist and if not, open an issue.
7. **If you have a question specific to your account (forgot password, payment issue, etc.), please send an email to [e-mail] or DM @thisbefruit on Telegram**

When a user violates a rule, they will receive a warning. If the user receives multiple warnings, they will be permanently banned from the group.

**Insulting group administrators is utterly unacceptable.** Administrators have the rightful power to enforce order in the group with a given amount of discretion. Complaints against admins should be taken to the group owner @nullchinchilla. Users who disrespect admins will be warned and muted for a day. Three repeated offenses in 7 days leads to permanent banning from the group.

**Don't feed trolls.** Responding to disruptive behavior with more disruption only amplifies the problem.

5. 禁止讨论色情及有关话题，特别是严禁发黄图。
6. 严禁滥发表情包，广告等破坏行为。
7. **严禁低清恶俗表情包**，例如熊猫头、蘑菇头等。
8. 如需报告错误或请求加新功能，请使用 [geph5 的 Github issues](https://github.com/geph-official/geph5/issues), 先检查类似的请求是否存在，没有就开一个新的 issue。

群友违背群规会首先被警告并禁言1小时。一星期内收到三次警告将永久封禁。

**严禁侮辱群组管理员** 。管理员在维持群内秩序中有一定的自主力，有权力独自决定处理灰色事件。对管理员的任何投诉请带到群主（@nullchinchilla）。侮辱管理员的群友将被禁言24小时。一星期内三次警告后将永久封禁。

**严禁以违规发言怼违规发言**。遇到谩骂等等，请尽量忽视并报告管理员删除，而非跟着骂。不要鼓励参与破坏行为！
