People have regarded it as a last resort to meet face to face and found it easy to get things done online. I think their new mindset will end up changing Japanese work culture in a good way. When it comes to my work style, I don’t think it has drastically changed since this pandemic as I have always liked working from home and enjoyed communicating with colleagues online because of its convenience. But the only thing that I have not used to is wearing a mask all the time. It is so uncomfortable that I sometimes end up taking off without noticing it.
