# Article I: GENERAL ORDERS
## §1. DEFINITIONS

This section prescribes the defined terms below:
**(1)** "Citizens" shall be defined

## §2. PERSONS SUBJECT TO ALEMANNIC LAW CODE
All citizens and servicepeople are subjected to the Law Code, violations of this code will result in persecution by the state. All courts are subjected to enforce these laws at the discretion of the constitution.
## §3. AMENDMENTS
# ARTICLE II: OFFENCES
1. Treason
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes treason:
i. Taking initiative to betray Alemannia to taint or damage Alemannian assets or the country itself.
(2) This is identified as a Class C Offense under "Crimes of Authority" and "Miscellaneous", and is punishable according to Article .
## §2. FIRST AND SECOND DEGREE MURDER
1. First Degree Murder
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes murder in the first degree:
i. Bringing about the death of another individual with full premeditation to cause said death.
ii. Bringing about the death of another individual while committing charges of (List Charges)
iii. Bringing about the death of a state prosecutor, judge, or enforcement agent while in custody, with the intention of causing said death.
iiii. Bringing about the death of an individual while conspiring to, attempting to, or committing a felony in an effort to promulgate a terrorist organization.
(2) This is identified as a Class C Offense under "Assault & Bodily Harm", and is punishable according to Article .
2. Second Degree Murder
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes murder in the second degree:
i. Bringing about the death of another individual without premeditation but with the full intention of causing said death.
ii. Bringing about the death of another individual while displaying an obvious lack of concern for human life and while engaging with reckless conduct.
(2) This is identified as a Class C Offense under "Assault & Bodily Harm" and "Crimes of Authority", and is punishable according to Article .
## §3. PERJURY AND FORGERY
1. Perjury
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes perjury:
i. Under oath, presenting verbal testimony before the court with knowledge of the account's falsehood.
ii. Under oath, taking a deposition, affidavit, or otherwise oath certified subject with knowledge of the content's falsehood.
iii. Submitting evidence to the court that has been falsified or fabricated.
(2) This is identified as a Class C Offense under "Crimes of Authority", and is punishable according to Article .
2. Forgery
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes forgery:
i. Falsifying a signature
(2) This is identified as a Class A or B Offense, and is punishable according to Article .
## §4. INTIMIDATION AND SOLICITATION
1. Intimidation

2. Solicitation
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes solicitation:
i. Offering services or goods that are considered criminal or illegal.
ii. Purchasing services or goods that are considered criminal or illegal.
(2) This is identified as a Class A Offense under "Crimes of Vocal Nature", and is punishable according to Article .
## §5. DISTRIBUTION OF REALM ASSETS, UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION OF REALM DOCUMENTATION, et cetera.
1. Distribution of Realm Assets

## §6. NEGLECT OF DUTY AND GROSS NEGLECT OF DUTY
1. Gross Neglect of Duty

(2) This is identified as a Class A or B Offense under "Crimes of Authority", and is punishable according to Article .
2. Neglect of Duty
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes neglect of duty:
i. Refusal to perform your duty or duties within the scale of reasonable and appropriate standards set by branch or divisional protocol.
ii. Failure to carry out your duty or duties according to the scale of reasonable and appropriate standards set by branch or divisional protocol.
iii.
(2) This is identified as a Class B Offense under "Crimes of Authority", and is punishable according to Article .
## §7. AIDING THE ENEMY, AIDING AND ABETTING
1. Aiding the Enemy
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes aiding the enemy:
i. Directly assisting and supporting the enemy in an attack.
ii. Cooperating with the enemy in an attack.
iii. Giving mercy or grace to the enemy in a circumstance that could be deemed neglectful to Alemannian interests.
(2) This is identified as a Class C Offense, and is punishable according to Article .
2. Aiding and Abetting
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes aiding and abetting:
i. Aiding an individual in committing a criminal offense.
ii. Procuring an incentive for an individual to commit a criminal offense.
iii. Persuading an individual to commit a criminal offense when the aforementioned individual would not have committed said offense without persuasion.
(2) This is identified as a Class A or B Offense under "Miscellaneous", and is punishable according to Article .
## §8. ASSAULT AND BATTERY
1. Assault
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes assault:
With intent to cause serious bodily harm,
i. The act of causing the said harm, by the means of a deadly weapon.
ii. Threatening to bring about harm to another person through means of a deadly weapon.
iii. Attemping to bring about harm to another person through means of a deadly weapon.
1. Battery
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes battery:
Touching an individual with,
i. Unwanted and unconsented physical contact.
ii.
## §9. CONTEMPT OF COURT
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes contempt:
With intent to undermine the court's authority,
i. The act of talking in court without being directly spoken to.
ii. The act of interupting the court physically in any shape or form.
iii. The act of disobeying a lawful court order in any shape or form.
iiii. The act of assaulting magistrates or court officials in the exercise of their functions.
iiiii. The act of refusing to be sworn in as a witness.
iiiiii. The act of refusing to answer a question in court.
iiiiiii. The act of presenting a false representation or publication of a court proceeding.
(2) This is identified as a Class C Offense under "Crimes Against Justice", and is punishable according to Article .
## **(4)** Intimidation: The action of using one's position or stature to sway someone into doing something they normally would not want to do willingly.
**(5)** Reckless Endangerment: The action of taking a risk that seeks to threaten injury or physical harm to another individual.
## §11 RESISTING ARREST
(A) Any actions that mimic the following constitutes resisting arrest:
i. The act of insulting an arresting officer.
ii. The act of escaping an arresting officer.
iii. The act of breaking out another person being arrested.
iiii. The act of assaulting an arresting officer.
iiiii. The act of refusing lawful orders from an arresting officer while being arrested.
**(7)** Solicitation: The act of unlawfully asking for something in exchange of something else.
**(8)** Trespassing: Entering the property of an entity or person without discrete permission from an individual who can be deemed capable of allocating authorization.
**(9)** Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle: The venture of using a vehicle that is not designated to your rank or your division, or using the vehicle in a negative manner that may be deemed unncessary or avoidable.
## §2. Hybrids
**(1)** Abuse of power: The act of using one's status to inflict harm upon others, the courts, or otherwise in any capacity be it physically, verbally, mentally, or through a discriminatory bias.
**(2)** Attempted murder: The failure of a murder or a murder that was prevented by some entity or law enforcement.
**(3)** Battery: The unwanted physical contact of another person or aggressor.
**(4)** Disobedience: The direct refusal of a superior's order or command.
**(5)** Forgery: The act of duplicating or counterfeiting private or state assets.
**(6)** Gross Neglect of Duty: The action of knowingly being ignorant or showing disobedience of one's duty or objective in a particular circumstance.
**(7)** Harassment: The act of constantly and aggressively pestering.
**(8)** Manslaughter: The act of unintentionally killing someone without intent or premeditation.
**(9)** Impersonation: The act of taking the identity of another individual.
**(10)** Misuse of Admin Powers: The act of utilizing in-game admin privileges in a fashion that maybe considered excessive or harmful to the interests of the Realm.
**(11)** Neglect of duty: The action of being ignorant or showing disobedience of one's duty in one's position.
**(12)** Neglect of procedure: The failure of going along with one's designated or official method of performing a task or duty.
## §3. Felonies
**(1)** Aiding the enemy: Assisting, Cooperating with, and/or showing any form of toleration towards raiders.
**(2)** Assassination: Killing any Alemannic dignitary with the rank of Field Command or above in-game.
Conspiracy: Planning, talking, and/or discussing about removing, defaming, maliciously replacing or assassinating an individual with a status of Field Command or above.
**(3)** Corruption: Using a position or connection for benefits to someone instead of the betterment of the Realm.
**(4)** Defamation: Spreading rumors or performing actions with the intent of reducing an individual's or group's reputation or authority.
**(5)** Distribution of Realm assets: Distributing development assets or groups to third parties without explicit authorization.
**(6)** Espionage: The practice of spying, surveilling or working for a government intelligence agency to gain intelligence on the Realm.
-OR-
The act of providing info to third parties regarding the Alemannic Realm. This also includes being in group chats or serves made for said purpose.
**(7)** High Treason Actions taken by a person(s) to betray, deceive or sell out one's country in a radical manner.
**(8)** First-Degree Murder The act of killing an individual with intent and premeditation.
**(9)** Perjury The act of submitting false information to the court or to a court authority willingly and with malicious intent.
**(10)** Second-Degree Murder The act of killing an individual with intent but with a lack of premeditation.
**(11)** Stolen Valour The act of wearing uniforms or medals illegitimately and without proper authorization.
**(12)** Treason The actions taken by a person(s) to betray, deceive or sell out one's country that can taint or damage the country's assets or the country itself.
**(13 )** Unauthorized Distribution of Realm Documentation The act of providing third party individuals with documents and decrees written and originally published in the Alemannic Realm and its discord servers without authorization of the Realm.
If an individual is convicted of a Felony / Class C, they may face a public reprimand, a permanent rank-lock, a blacklist from there branch of service, exile from the realm, as well as any other disciplinary measures provided to any of the aforementioned criminal classifications.
