我們預計提供兩支 API，包括：

### 1. 查詢語言代碼

### 2. 翻譯

* **Path**: `{host}/api/v1/translate?from_lang=&to_lang=&to_lang=`
* **Method**: `POST`
* **Content-Type**: `text/plain; charset=utf-8`
* **Parameters**:
* `use_cache` (boolean, 選填，default:True): 是否使用快取功能。
* `target_lang` (List[int], 必填): 目標語言的 `lang_code`。可以多次指定以傳遞多個值。
* **Input**:
