## 1. Local Bus Booking System
### 1.1 Idea
Customers will be able to book bus based on there prime point to destination point and all the bus location along with estimated time of arrival

### 1.2 Effects on bussiness sectors :
1. Oil companies will get affected as it will nurture public eco friendly transport with all necessary information
2. Traffic management
3. Safety of women and old people

### 1.3 Features :
1. Book bus
2. get pnr ticket with timer to show to conductor
3. gets destroyed after 5 mins of reaching the destination
4. live booking and no of onboarded people info to bus driver
5. Simple interface for all public transport
6. e-Pass for daily users
7. People can communicate to driver for stop and driver can get info like no of people who are going to get down.
8. Old and womens will get seat

### 1.4 Revenue structure:
Charge 10% of the ticket price
even we charge 1 rupee from 1 crore daily transportation

### 1.5 Challenges
1. Bus identification in peak time (Solution board with colour for different busses)
2. Revnue generation is less as less margin on bus tickets
3. government intervention is needed
4. Ola and Uber may counter this idea as we are affecting there pockets
