We use the skills approach to evaluate potential leaders, but it could be used to teach people leadership skills by using the skills approach. It offers many valuable information about leadership and let us understand our strengths and weaknesses according to the skills approach (technical,human and conceptual skills). With the score of ourselves based on the skills approach, we can improve ourselves the areas that might be our weaknesses or the areas that we would like to be improved.
