# Gratitude

The emptiness of darkness
Is thirsty for the light
To get some gleams of knowledge
And memories we’ve got

A flashlight glint in darkness
Feeds emptiness with love
Lights up those gleams of knowledge
Or memories we forgot

The new suns in the mirrors
Reflecting some of each
Connect those gleams of knowledge
And memories you teach

Non-perfect and unbalanced
Our mother needs this beam
To direct us through darkness
To memories we dream.

even **me**, the rebel.

the **miracle**,
that in shadow of the **circle** of life,
showed **love**.

The **soul**..
is almost **bare**, it knows
the **rainbow**
and the **rhythm** are the same
and is **dancing** through the life it chose,
dancing to **remember**
What is **faith**
and what is **silence**.
