# Bulk Manufacture module **Antecedents:** our client don't want to other people know them recipes and they want to do the manufacturing procees in bulk. they want to input the raw material in some form and after it, they want to input the final products, without any recipe, all from work order and without bill of material. after that, all the process is like standard manufacturing module, take out the raw from inventory, take in the final products and accounting this process, like m.anufacturing standard module. they can input the work order directly into module or through a excel file (importing). **Descripion:** This module will work very similar to the standard odoo manufacturing module, with the difference that instead of making a recipe for each final product (list of materials), a list of raw materials will be entered in a template, from where each material will be selected and its quantity, and in another all the products to be produced and its antity will be entered, which must also be selected from a list of final products. Additionally, all the following processes must be carried out: * take out raw material from inventory * enter finished products into inventory * post previous processes The steps to follow will be the following: * The process will start * Create Manufacturing order, where define the list of raw materials and their quantities to use * Enter the final products to be produced and their quantities * Save both lists Under the Operations menu, a new option of manufacturing orders should be included, from where the entire standard manufacturing process (workflow) will be followed, only simplified, since only the raw material should be taken out of the inventory, enter the inventory new finished products and account for previous processes. The process will not start as it is normally done in the bill of material, but will start directly in a production order, under the Operations menu, and from then on it will follow the same workflow as the standard manufacturing process, with the changes already mentioned. Second form; In this second form, the list of final products that are expected to be produced in the production process will be entered. Third form: In this third form, the production manager will fill in the exact number of finished products that will actually come out of production for the day. The client wishes to keep these records of each production, because this will allow him to see what is expected to be produced vs what is real to be produced and to be able to make adjustments to his own recipes. Workflow 1. The production process will begin with a work order, which will contain the following information: ◦ Date ◦ Name of the person in charge ◦ Winery ◦ List of raw materials to be used in the production of the day ◦ Then you must, through a button, check the availability of the raw material inventory 2. Once the availability of the raw material has been verified, the list of finished or final products and their respective quantities must be entered. Then you must, through a button, mark to be done, the production of these final products 3. After the above, the person in charge of production will indicate to the module the start of the process. 4. When the process ends and the actual production of finished products is counted, the actual quantities will be entered (using the list of finished products already entered) 5. Finally, the person responsible for production will indicate to the module that the process has finished 6. The same standard workflow should be used as much as possible. 7. Remember that the module must remove the raw material from the inventory and add the finished products to the inventory. 8. The module must also make the accounting of these two processes, as occurs in the standard process of the production module.
