I have created a new field in res.partner, which is called 'is_retainer'. I have a module to pay multiple invoices, which I will send you, where it must be verified that if the customer has the is_retainer field in True, then a withholding of 3.5% of the tax must be calculated. In Panama the tax that must be paid on the total purchases is 7%. The companies withholding 50% of the tax retain this 50% (3.5%) at the time of paying the invoices. There is a special account to add a line in the journal entry of the collection of these invoice(s) and the entry can be balanced, and the invoice(s) can be considered cancelled. In this same module, a field must be included to enter an amount, in the event that another amount has to be deducted, due to late delivery (fines). If this were the case, another line must be created in the journal entry, charging it to an account that we must configure somewhere in the accounting configuration. This will also allow you to consider the invoice cancelled. 2. In the Suppliers module --> Invoices, include a filter, where the user can only see their own invoices. For this effect, this option must be created in the user configuration 3. We have installed the expense module, and the employee module with their respective departments. A group of expense accounts for each department has also been configured in the chart of accounts. A filter must be added so that only the accounts related to your department appear. The filter would be by the title that the accounts have in the chart of accounts and the name of the department to which the employee belongs. Also in this same expense module, a filter must be included so that only the supplier invoices that he has entered appear to the user.
