## 解題思路
Given an integer n, return true if it is a power of four. Otherwise, return false.
An integer n is a power of four, if there exists an integer x such that n == 4x.

給予一個整數 n，如果他是 4 的倍數，則回傳 true。不是的話，回傳 false。
如果這裡存在一個整數 x 為 n 等於 4^x，則 n 是 4 的次方。
