### Q & A:
1. When the livestream disappears (No video)
* Please report immediately so we can check if it's from our side or from the server room
* If it's from our side we will fix it.
* When the problem is somehow difficult and could take a lot of time, we will advise you to turn off the arena
* If we suspect that the problem is from the server room.
* The IT Staff might give you instructions.
2. When you encounter issues with a video camera or audio quality
* Please report immediately so we can check if it's from our side or from the arena
* If it's from our side we will fix it.
* When the problem is somehow difficult and could take a lot of time, we will advise you to turn off the arena
* If we suspect that the problem is from the cable in the arena.
* We will ask someone at the arena to check if the cables are plugged in properly.
3. When the IT Staff gives you instructions:
* When IT Staff ask you to restart the computer:
* Someone will restart the computer in the server room.
* Open the Teamviewer and don't do anything on the computer.
* Report in the telegram group chat after you open the teamviewer.
* Let the IT Staff remote the computer.
### Format the message in the Telegram group chat:
1. Video or Audio Problem:
* The Livestream video has a problem, please check
* The Livestream audio has a problem, please check
### SOP
1. Revoked invalid fight
* If you cannot revoke the fight anymore
* The fight 10 is cancelled please revoke it
2. Incorrect Result
* Give the fight number, incorrect result, correct result
* Please change result fight 10, from Tie to Meron
# For IT Staff
### Q & A:
1. If there is no frame in the preview livestream video on CDM-Main, follow these steps:
* A. Check if the source being used in the browser is correct
* The 'Live Gamer Ultra' video capture source should be selected in OBS.
* The 'OBS Virtual Camera' should be selected as the video source in the browser.
* The 'Default Live Gamer Ultra Audio' should be selected as the audio source in the browser.
* B. In OBS, navigate to Sources and select the ‘Browser’.
* Please check if the browser is hidden.
* C. In OBS, navigate to Sources and select the ‘Video Capture Device’. Then, click on Properties and restart the ‘Video Capture Device’ from there.
* Select a different video device in OBS, and after a few seconds, revert it back to its original settings.
* If it still doesn't work, try restarting OBS.
* Once OBS is working properly, follow the instructions below:
* Start the virtual camera in the OBS.
* Access the streaming website in your browser in Teamviewer. (the Pokemon URL)
* Log in with your credentials if required.
* In the browser, click on the ‘Option’ button and check if the settings are properly configured. <span style="color:blue">(See Q&A 1 Solution A)</span>
* D. Please check the backup PC to see if the video quality is good.
* If the live stream on CDM-2 is working fine, let's use it for now and temporarily close CDM-Main.
* If the issue persists on both PCs, please chat in the Telegram group and inform them to temporarily close the arena and end the stream to address the problem.
* E. In case we need to restart the computer
* We will ask someone at the arena to restart the computer in the server room
