# Atlassian CTF by MISC Welcome to the official rules guide for the Altassian CTF by MISC 2021. ## Platform ### The CTF is hosted on: www.atlassianctf.club To visit the site, click [here](https://www.atlassianctf.club/). (The Platform is not live yet.) ## Competition Rules ### Time Period **Start Time** - Thursday 5:00pm, 15th April 2021 **End Time** - Friday 5:00pm, 16th April 2021 Scoreboard Freeze - Friday 4:00pm, 16th April 2021 ### Don't Ruin the Fun for Players CTFs allow using any means or tools to solve challenges and outperform other teams. At the same time, some actions can break the fun for other people. For example: Don't delete flags or break services. While organizers try to maintain challenge resilience, mistakes will be made. Instead of abusing them, report them to the organisers for kudos. Don't share flags or ask for flags. It's a competition, do your personal best. ### Don't Ruin the Fun for Organisers For example: Don't generate excessive load. Bruteforcing or DirBusting will not be necessary, let's keep it down. Don't troll, spam, flood in the chats. No denial of service actions (against the target environment, underlying infrastructure & wired/wireless networks or anything else related). Don't register multiple accounts. Organizers will guard the fun by punishing the fun-ruiners. ## Team Rules You can participate in this competiion as solo or a team of **1-4**. However, the score is tracked on basis of a 'team'. So even if you, want to compete individually, you have to **create a team**. ## Prizes 1st Place: total worth AUD$350 - A special mystery prize (Announced soon!) - Raspberry Pi Zero - USB Rubber Ducky 2nd Place: total worth $200 AUD - No-starch press cybersecurity books 3rd Place: total worth $100 - PentesterLab Vouchers (25 dollars each) **Note:** Each member of the winning team is eligible for individual prizes. However, the total worth is the maximum amount a team will receive. For example, if the 3rd place has only 2 member, each will receive a pentesterlab subscription worth $25 dollar each.
