# DP2 Team Report
## Point of View
### Accepting Feedbacks
There are some comments to make the user's experience narrower. So we slightly change users, needs, and insights.
There are three candidates:
1. A person who wants to start a new hobby that is meaningful to one's condition and tendency, but does not know what to do.
2. A person who wants to share their hobbies with others.
3. A person who wants to enjoy their hobbies further more.
We select first one because our main purposes are to make users *do* hobbies and gamification.
### User
A person who wants to start a new hobby that suits one’s features and preferences, but does not know what to do.
### User's Needs
Being provided various hobbies and their information, according to one’s features and preferences
### Surprising Insights
So many hobbies are scattered messily in Internet which is annoying and it is difficult to find hobbies that suit one’s features and preferences at once.
---
## Persona
### Process
Also there were three candidates,
1. Sophomore(22), Did nothing during last vacation, He always drinking alcohol and playing games.
2. Jobless person(27), After a year or two, he gave up and did not do anything.
3. Employee(32), Do not do anything but work.
We dismiss first one because it seemed to focus too much on college students. Also, since second one is far from our focus(hobby), we rejected it. Thus, we chose third one.
### Basic Information

* Name: Junyoung Park
* Age: 32
* Sex: Male
* Job: Salesman
* Other features: Since he has a lot of business to do, he only has free time on weekends
### Motivations
Until now, he often played computer games on weekends, but he wants to have more active and meaningful hobbies from now on.
### Beliefs
He will be quite interested if he watches a hobby that his neighbors have.
### Preferences
He prefers doing something alone to being with other people.
### Goals
Finding new hobbies which he can enjoy alone on weekends
### Story
He lost fifth consecutive LoL games on the weekend and suddenly felt: "It's rather stressful than relieving stress from work. Do I have any new hobbies for the weekend? I'm going to stop LoL now.” However, he was at a loss how to find a new hobby. So he searched “Hobbies which I can do alone” on the Internet. But a number of activities are scattered with low readability and there is less information about each of them. Isn't there a good way?

## How Might We Questions
### List of HMW Questions
We came up with total 11 questions.
After collecting all the questions, we classfied it into 3 categories.
#### Ⅰ. Choosing a new hobby
These questions suggest several approaches to help users selecting a new hobby.
1. HMW introduce users various hobbies?
(give users a lot of options)
2. HMW organize and process a lot of information of hobbies to make it useful for users?
3. HMW recommend a hobby for a user regularly which is suitable for their preference and condition?
4. HMW make users be satisfied with their current hobby rather than find a new hobby? (wild idea)
#### Ⅱ. Continuing the chosen hobby
These questions suggest several approaches to make users continue their chosen hobby for a long time rather than finding another one.
5. HMW make users feel as if they’re doing the activity together with others?
6. HMW make users keep their hobby in their mind?
7. HMW make users try to achieve a certain goal in their hobby regularly?
8. HMW make users get feedback in the middle of challenging a goal in their hobby?
9. HMW remind users so that they continue their hobby?
10. HMW make users to feel more sense of achievement and joy with their hobbies so that they can continue it?
#### Ⅲ. Collecting information of hobbies
The last question is about collecting informations of hobbies.
11. HMW collect a lot of information of various hobbies for users?
### Selecting Top3 HMW Questions
While making HMW questions, we realized that the way of collecting information about various hobbies is an essential point to think about. No matter what approach we choose later, we will need detailed information about hobbies for users. So, we first inlcuded the question about collecting information(#11).
And here are our criterions for selecting two more HMW questions.
1. Users should be able to actively choose a new hobby easily(conveniently) and feel confident in their decisions.
2. Users should be satisfied with the hobby they'd chosen so that they don't feel like finding another hobby.
3. It should not be too difficult to implement the service.
If we just provide users many options(hobbies), it is hard for them to be sure that the hobby they'd chosen is really suitbale for them(criterion1). There must be a reasonable logic in the process of selecting a new hobby.
Also, it is difficult to perfectly analyze the user's preferences and condition in our level(criterion3). If we let the users choose a new hobby themsevles rather than recommend some, this problem could be solved. But in this case, we have to make the process of selecting a new hobby very convenient so that the users don't feel annoyed in it.
So, we concluded that HMW #3 is the best approach to deal with the process of selecting a hobby. We can organize and process a lot of information well enough so that users can figure out the properties of each hobby. Then it becomes a lot easier to make a decision.
On the other hand, we wanted users to continue the hobby they'd chosen. If they feel sick of the current hobby and try to find another one, they have to experience the same process again and again. So, before this happen, we need to make the users be more satisfied with their choice(hobby). From this point, just enforcing the users to continue the hobby by reminding them is not a good approach. And it is not what users really want. So we chose HMW #10 which explicitly describes the positive feelings users feel with their hobby(criterion2).
### Top 3 HMW Questions
Finally, we've got the following Top3 HMW questions.
#### 1. HMW collect a lot of information of various hobbies for users?
#### 2. HMW organize and process a lot of information of hobbies to make it useful for users?
#### 3. HMW make users to feel more sense of achievement and joy with their hobbies so that they can continue it?

## Feedback
#### feedback 1. I wish there are detailed explanations about “one’s features and preferences”, because it is unclear
\- We assume that you know what you know best, so you can choose your own tags to reflect self preferences or self features.
e.g. I like to do something with my friends(not alone), I hate to move my body actively(not sport), I like nature.
#### feedback 2. I wish there are some visuals to better convey the solutions.
\- We will try to highlight the important points in the next presentation.
#### feedback 3. I wish the solutions that are chosen should be highlighted
\- Same as feedback 2
#### feedback 4. I wish user's experience to be narrower.
\- In the next DP, we will try to make it little bit narrower.
