# **My Experience**
###### *How is it like to work with people in the other side of the world?*
---
### *Week 1: The beginning of a journey*
---
On the last days, I've learned a lot of many people, even people that I thought I've already known. All of us want to make a positive change in our reality, and I'm sure that we will.
Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia, is where the International Islamic University is placed. Nowadays, as most of the countries, students are attending to online clases **:(** But that give us the chance to know more about their respective countries **:)**
---
There are **13 hours** between Malaysia and Latin America, but the desire to learn is great in both places, it does not matter if it is too early or too late.
Since we met, we've learned about different realities, but in many ways, we are quite similar. On the other hand, there are some differences such as people in **Bangladesh** start their week on **Sunday**, or that they call *"brother"* or *"sister"* a person that they don't know yet.
---
The last day, we learned how to deal with conflicts with other people, which was really helpful. But the most interesting part happened when someone asked: ***"And what if the conflict is not with others, but with myself?"***. I still wonder about it...I also realized that the journey has begun, not only with this amazing project, but with myself as well.
---
### Week 2: Learning to learn
---
It is wonderful how **comprehensive** we are with each other, and we don't even speak the same mother language. This barrier has helped us to be friendlier to each other, so we achieved to break the ice that there was at the beginning.
During the first days of this week, we did some research and interviews. That gave us a new perspective of the goals we wanted to achieve, so we decided to change the focus of our project.
---
It may seem that we came back to where we began, but it was necessary to achieve a better and more realistic product, since we are more aware about the field in which we want to work on. In this case, ***we took a step back, so we can move forward.***
---
### Week 3: Really?
---
During my whole professional preparation, even during high school, I was used to develop projects step by step and only forward, never backwards. **Why tho?**
However, during this week we went backwards several times, with which I could truly experiment frustration and doubt. But everything changed when we presented our MVP, which obtained **good comments and some constructive critics**.
---
Honestly, I was astonished, not because our project was bad, but because of the thoughts that overwhelmed us all this week. With this experience, I could definetly learn to work backwards and overthink less.
At the end, the sensation was similar to **pressing all the buttons in a videogame and winning** ;)

### Week 4: Processing...
