## :computer: aiWorks Application

### Login
From a browser access login screen at URL:
https://aiworksqa.agiline.com/domain/Sarh/login.html

### Access Patient Discharge
Select Discharge from the menu



### Search for a patient
Use the search box to search for a patient:



### Reset Filters & Clear Search
Use the 
symbol to clear filters and search


### Sort Patients View
Click a column heading to sort patients

1. First click sorts in Ascending order
2. The second click will change to descending order.
3. The third click will clear the sort order.

Clicking a second column will sort the second column within the order of the first.

###### As an example (image below), Patients with “las” are shown in order by last name and then by account number.

### Select a patient
Patients are selected by clicking on the row:
Documents associated with the patient discharge are shown the right right, The document can be opened by clicking on the PDF icon (far right).
Select a patient and click on the document at the far right.

### Viewing a patient discharge document
Select a patient and click on the document at the far right.
The associated document (.pdf) will open in a new browser window.

### Quick access to patient discharge video
The Discharge Date is a hyperlink to the patient discharge video. Click to open.

### Launch the Video recording application from the desktop/laptop

### Complete the patient information

### Record Video

### Start Recording

### Stop Recording and Close Video recording app

### Submit Recording

### Upload
The speed of uploading depends on a number of factors including speed of computer and connection. Don't be impatient.

### Print PDF

### Exit

### Discharge Record is now available in aiWorks
