Staff Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT made as of the ______day of __________________, 2021 , between
Open Global Mind and [name of staff] ____________________
(the "Staff").

WHEREAS the Open Global Mind, "OGM" desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the , and the the staff desires to render such services on the terms and conditions set forth. IN CONSIDERATION of the promises and other good and valuable consideration (the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged) the parties agree as follows:

1. As a member of OGM Staff
The Staff agrees that he/she/they will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his/her/their skill, ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties required of his position. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the Staff shall comply with all OGM policies,procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as are announced by OGM from time to time. It is also understood and agreed to by the Staff that his/her/their assignment, duties and responsibilities and reporting arrangements may be changed by OGM in its sole discretion without causing termination of this agreement.

2. Position Title

Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the Staff.

3. Compensation
(a) The Staff will provide all services on on unpaid basis.

4. Benefits
The Staff will have access to OGM's offer the knowledge base and community. The Staff will have opporunity to grow and develop new skillsets.

5. Probation Period
It is understood and agreed that the first thirty days of staffing shall constitute a probationary period during which period OGM may, in its absolute discretion, terminate
the Staff, for any reason without notice or cause.

6. Performance Reviews
OGM will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed.

7. Termination
(a) The Staff may at any time terminate this agreement and by giving not less than two weeks written notice to OGM.
(b) OGM may terminate this Agreement at any time, without notice in lieu of notice, for sufficient cause.

8. Entire Agreement
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, superseding in all respects any and all prior oral or written agreements or understandings pertaining to the employment of the Staff by OGM and shall be amended or modified only by written instrument signed by both of the parties hereto.

9. Severability
The parties hereto agree that in the event any article or part thereof of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid then said article or part shall be struck and all remaining provision shall remain in full force and effect.
