# Den of Sin Rules & Verification

***This is a strictly 18+ server. With that in mind, we will accept a bit of mayhem, but it must be kept within reason. Any users deemed to be overly problematic can/will be removed regardless of whether they've broken any specific server rules. If you are having a problem with another user, please bring it to the attention of a staff member so that it may be dealt with accordingly.***

***The staff team is not responsible for making sure you understand these rules. Ignorance is not a defense. If you are uncertain what something means, or why it is a rule, please DM a member of staff for clarification.***

## Rules:

1. Verification must be provided to be a member of this server. How to verify, and acceptable forms of ID will be listed below. Failure to provide proper identification to staff will result in removal from the server.

3. No doxxing of users. If we catch you doing this, it will result in an immediate permaban.

5. Do not harass other users. Jokes are one thing, but try not to take things too far. If the target of your jokes asks you to leave it alone, respect that.

7. No encouraging/inciting violence, nor any posting of illegal activies/content. News articles are an exception, but don't intentially toe the line or Daddy will slap you.

9. No out-right malicious kink-shaming. This is a kink server. We get that not everyone is into the same stuff, but don't be a dick about it.

11. Zoophilia, paedophilia, snuff, hard gore, EXTREME abuse are ban-worthy. Use your head. If you think it's questionable, run it by a member of staff first.

13. Certain kinks are restricted to specific channels/sections. See the channel description for more information about what belongs where.

15. Consent must be given for any play/sessions that take place on this server. Abide by safewords. If you witness anyone disregarding safewords/boundaries/or generally being a creep, kindly report it to a member of staff at once.

17. Drama, gossip, ongoing wars from other servers, and personal beef are not welcome here. If you need to vent, #rage-box is available for the purposes of ranting about whatever ails you. [React with 🐝 to the pinned message in #landing-zone to gain access to the next portion of the server.] If you have a problem you do not feel comfortable disclosing publicly, consult a member of staff for assistance.

19. You are expected to conduct yourself in a suitably mature and appropriate manner whilst on this server. You are adults. Please act like it.

21. Do not promote other servers, groups, files, or services without permission from the staff team.

23. Respect DM roles at all times.

25. Do not take screenshots of video calls without the explicit permission of **everyone** in the call.

27. Blocking of staff members is not allowed unless explicit permission if given by the staff team. We get that personal issues come up, but staff must be able to adequately perform their duties. Make our lives easier, and be a grown-up.

29. You are expected to comply with any directions given to you by the staff team.

31. In addition to server rules, you are expected to follow the Discord ToS. Link can be found in literally everyone's Discord client. Do not play dumb.

***Failure to comply with the server rules may result in a warning, timeout, kick, or temp/permaban. The level of punishment will depend upon the severity of the incident(s) in question, and is ultimately at staff's discretion. Arguing the point will not help your case. Take your punishment with grace, or it may well be elevated due to non-compliance.***

## Age Verification:

* Take a photo of any government issued ID (such as a passport, divers license, or state ID card) Please cover all information except for your picture and date of birth.

* DM this picture to a staff member along with a picture of yourself so we can make sure you match the ID you provided us

* Once approved, the staff member will assign you the “Verified” role, which will grant you access to the server

* After you receive conformation that your verification has been accepted, you are encouraged to delete the photos out of your DMs
