PCJ's Doctor Who Quiz === >### He'll catch you with your pants around your ankles and make you enjoy it. (Please note: You don't need to read this to take part. This is just intended to give people an idea of what it entails.) These are alternatives to Darth's quizzes started a couple of weeks ago and are intended to serve as a way of fulfilling my need/boredom while adding a bit of variety to the mix. I'd imagine we would alternate between them. The vast majority of those are questions that I've made up. Some questions may be sourced from the quiz book (that both Darth and I have) and from various ideas or other quizzes gathered over the years. Points are added to the Discord user total, which is used for things like BestOf awards and simply showing off, which will be ported to Darth's quizzes later. The quiz is split into two main sections. Individual and Group. We start with individual quizzes. This also gives people the chance to solidify their group choices and make changes when, for instance, a group member doesn't turn up. This will start with Quick Fire Intelligence where you get in the right frame of mind with a traditional fast paced series of questions, competing against other contestants for the points only one of you can have. This is then followed by two or three other rounds. About half-way through, we pause for a victory lap on the crapper and group into teams for the remaining rounds, where the points are split across the team (i.e. A team of 2 with 50 points gets 25 each). The rounds will consist of varying types, typically saving the more difficult for groups. As well as general knowledge, these include: * Identify that Screenshot * Identify that audio * What's the connection? * Anagrams * Rank * Finish the quote * Finish the quote from the quotes * True or False * What's NOT in the picture? * Clip Observation * Lists: Point for each item but one wrong and you're out! * Multiple Choice Numbers * Basic Math/Concat * Odd One Out Please note, we won't do all of these in a single occurance, but rather alternate them throughout the sessions. Questions have a time-limit to ensure we don't spend too long dwindling. This varies from around 40-80 seconds. A countdown will be played through the Discord audio channel so you know when the deadline is. The quiz primarily revolves around the main TV show and TV spin-offs, please keep the answers accordingly. Bonus points can sometimes be awarded for EU answers and there may be some EU questions and rounds.
