- Suggestion to rotate the role of trustee in the absence of clear protocols and description of responsibilities.
- SimonS, Dan, CaptainDang, Viktor all accepted nominations to rotate the role, and Dan accepted nomination for the first iteration of the role. Additionally Viktor was added to that nomination to experiment with a split role. Unanimous vote to accept this initial state of the ex-officio trustee for the vPA Process Working Group.
- Task template received good feedback from Swarm and CGO and with these adjustments seems to be in a state that is acceptable to use it going forward.
- Discussion of focus areas that people would like to turn into tasks. Can we delegate or divide some work? This transitioned into a talk about making sure that work is not wasted, a combination of fair, predictable compensation and not having work deprecated through IOG or other participation.
- Viktor Jager indicates that keeping scope limited may be an effective way to iterate. Specifically mentions focus on vPA guidelines and vPA petitions documentation.
- Randall notes his presence in the meeting is to understand alignment and areas of overlap between the Done Collectively platform and the process the WG is engaging in. He also requests collaboration for participation in bringing PA guide problems into sync with Proposal guidelines.
- Simon reiterates a refrain from the WG which is that incentivized execution has been the missing ingredient to a lot of catalyst strategizing.
- General distribution of some tasks to be clarified via dework entries, in order to "get the ball rolling".
