This document lists all official governing bodies of the PA/(v)PA Operations Treasury as determined by the Treasury Board of Trustees.

*1. All PA/(v)PA Operations Treasury Governing Bodies operate under the Treasury Governing Body Policies.*
*2. The formal name of each Treasury Governing Body begins with the word “PA/(v)PA Operations Treasury”. For simplicity, that prefix is not included in the names in this document, nor expected to be included in every instance of that governing body’s name.*

## Board of Trustees
The Treasury Board of Trustees (BoT) is the overall governing body of the PA/(v)PA Operations Treasury. It is chartered by the founding proposal for the Treasury submitted, approved and funded by the Project Catalyst Treasury. The BoT is composed of individuals from around the world who have involved themselves as leaders and facilitators for the self-governance of the Treasury. It has sole authority for:
1. Approving the charters of all Treasury Governing Bodies.
2. Approving at least one Trustee from each Treasury Governing Body.
3. Approving new versions of the Treasury Governance Framework.
4. Approving new versions of each Controlled Document.

## Working Groups

### vPA Process Working Group
The purpose of the vPA Process Working Group is to facilitate and coordinate individual contribution to collaborative tasks related to maintaining the integrity of the veteran Proposal Assessor process in Project Catalyst when those contributing individuals are to be compensated from the PA/vPA Operations Treasury.

This working group is needed because the vPA process is rapid, complex and iterative, and therefore would benefit from an open, organized pool of contributors who are prepared to carry out tasks within shortened timeframes, but who need appropriate incentives, coordinated approaches and facilitative access to the tasks at hand.

This working group seeks to form for the period that ends with the ending date for Project Catalyst Fund 10. If it were to continue, it would reapply for an approved Charter, informed by community feedback and data.
