May 26, 2023You need to pass the Know Your Customer, or โKYCโ, process. This is a legal requirement to participate in IDOs on our platform. KYC is not required if you only hold OCC for staking and CHAKRA rewards. To begin the KYC process, go to https://razer.occam.fi and click the icon in the red circle as present in the image below Then, click โApply for KYCโ. Please note, you will need to have personal documents on hand, including a proof of address, government-issued photo ID, and potentially other documents should your jurisdiction require it. There are certain restricted jurisdictions, please refer to the KYC provider for a comprehensive list. The KYC confirmation takes anywhere from 15 minutes up to 24 hours in exceptional cases. For most people the KYC process should be straightforward. One of the most important steps is ensuring you get your selfie-picture clear โ you might want to use your phone for this step. You will receive an e-mail once you have been confirmed. If confirmation takes longer than 24 hours or you are not approved, please contact us via this dedicated form: https://support.occam.fi/support/tickets/new , and we will reply promptly. Please do not contact the KYC providers with issues, it will take longer to deal with your case than contacting us about this step directly.
