# ACM-VIT Chapter Metrics 2021
## Distinction of groups
## Shift to Discord
* Increase interactivity in the core
* Shift all project related discussions to discord.
## KSL to ACM outer circle
* The group is dead and is damaging our reputation at this point.
* Either completely discard it(Not recommended) or shift it to bigger channels like Telegram/Discord.
* Assign projects and assist in resources for learning.(will be time consuming). Needs to be handled well initially, general doubt solving can be handled by the 1st years.
## Monthly Internal Feedback
* A form will be circulated to the members to give feedback/suggestion about things they want to include/ event suggestions. Suggestions about how we can improve the chapter dynamics can also be considered.
## Formation of an ACM-Alumni Community
* A whatsapp group with few seniors of ACM(last 5 years) who want to interact with the current members of the chapter.
* We can get insights into the industry, have interactions about newer technologies and possible networking for future opportunities.
* Should only be limited to 2nd years(board and non-board)and gradually bring others.
## Project Showcase on our social handles
* Bimonthly/Any other appropriate timeline/When a bunch of projects are ready.
* Details can be discussed later.
## Bringing Non-Tech(Design/Management) to Tech
* Voluntarily(/Compulsorily) choose any of the domains.
## Domain Shift
* Allow people to shift to other domains after a rigorous test.
* Expected to work for their main domain when needed.
## General Plan for next month
* No external events for now.
* Focus on internal projects and interactions.
## Resources doc for starting out with each domain
* Preferably a notion doc which provides resources and a written summary by the leads of each domain as to how one can start with the respective domain.
## ACM T-shirt
* Keep just 1 t-shirt which will act as formal as well as informal tshirt.
* Delivery of t-shirt to the members as the college is not opening soon.
## Board post
* To be discussed with the design team.
