### Planning

- Plan for Online AGM
Proposal for ORSO AGM

Online only during week 30 june – 4th July
=> scheduling is not straightforward
=> 23rd June is preferred date for those at the meeting

30th: Common AGM in “all” time zones => scientific talk, reports from working groups, any other admin stuff.
1-3rd: discussion sessions from each working group – possibly repeat in different time zones. 2-3 sessions per day = 9-10 sessions in total

Advice paper on best practice
Sample environment initial
Consolidated teaching material
4th :Common close out – summaries from each of the sessions – ask participants to report.
