### Education & Outreach

* Integration of AI software into existing fitting packages. BMM has a project that has been developing Frank Schreiber’s

Create a sub-group for Data Analysis to work on AI integration.
ACTION BMM & BBM to arrange a k.o. meeting

* Creation of a catalogue of reference data

Suggestion for longer term... create a catalogue of measured data & model to use as reference.
It is part of Daphne proposal... could begin next year(?)

* Update on the Constitution

Currently in contact with ISA regarding clause 2

* AGM date - Suggestion for online meeting: June 12th pm 13th pm, 14th am (format is simply housekeeping/votes plus one discussion topic)

* News Mailshot: please can we write some news items during the meeting to be sent out soon

### Data Formats

* CIF Format
Recieved email from Arie van der Lee regarding old definition of CIF for reflectometry. Discussion via email
Suggestion to open connection with IUCr at least, but CIF format does not look appropriate.
Format for Meta data consistent with Daphne/Expands => make link between ort file and data catalgoues (e.g. SciCat)
Would not modify .ort definition.
BMM has some resources to put towards this.
Check compatibility between PaNOSC & .ort and nexus

ACTION: BMM organize meeting between AM, BMM, JS, BBM & Daphne to start process
ACTION: JS Invite Arie to meet us
ACTION: BMM/TA Submit Abstract to IUCr meeting (IUCr2023 CommDat workshop)

* Merge of Orsopy

We approve the merge. Make sure there is version information & schema header

* Export of .ort from NIST reduction (reductus)

* loads Rigaku and Bruker files
