# Agenda
## 1. Review previous minutes and assign a note taker
- [x] Minutes approved
Open Actions from previous meetings:
- [ ] ACTION2: CK to discuss with MS and contact a X-ray manufacturer
- [ ] ACTION_FEB4: BMM organize meeting between AM, BMM, JS, BBM & Daphne to start discussion w.r.t. IUCr & CIF format
- [ ] ACTION_APR4: JS and BBM to decide on formalization of lookup paths for e.g. wavelength, incident angle (whether it is in column or header).
- [ ] ACTION_APR8: ARM to look into mailing list options.
- update last meeting: waiting on ISA to pay
- there's now a bit of money in ISA account from ESS. ISA would pay directly for that, but they're working out how to do that for SAS first (we'll follow)
- [ ] ACTION_JUL31 "NeXUS v1", code to write out ORSO files into an HDF file. Can we merge https://github.com/reflectivity/orsopy/pull/108 (and https://github.com/reflectivity/orsopy/pull/107?).
- AN would be more comfortable for BBM or ArturG to merge these.
- [ ] ACTION_SEP25 Work out costs for AGM at SXNS and how we want to organise the meeting (everyone)
- [ ] ACTION_SEP25 Invite Alexander Hinterhof (Tubingen), Stefan Kowarik (from Graz), Linus Pithan (DESY) to replace CK on Reproducibility working group (BMM)
## 2. AGM at SXNS.
Phillipp Gutfreund has booked a room at the ILL to hold the ORSO AGM at SXNS, on the Friday after the Mon-Thurs conference. We need to work out if there are any costs associated with the meeting (e.g. food). We need to decide the format of the meeting.
Suggestions:
- webpage editing?
- sprint for orsopy?
- couple of talks?
## 3. Reports from each working group
### Education & Outreach
* Constitution: Updated according to feedback and posted onto the [webpage](https://www.reflectometry.org/what_is_orso/ORSO_constitution). Will try to consult those outside the chairs group and maybe move to a vote as appropriate.
* Webpage & SLD database: SLD database is still waiting on server funding from ISA.
