## 1. Review previous minutes and assign a note taker

- [x] ACTION discuss at AGM way forward for sharing sample environment concerns. e.g. sharing sample environment designs from published papers.

Sophie Ayscough and Ben Humphreys were voted onto that.

- [x] MS and AN to present idea for collaboration at AGM. (this was the sample environment WG)
- [x] AMc going to setup anonymous voting system (w. QR codes). Mainly chairpeople we're voting for.

Maciej Jankowski (Reproducibility), Jos Cooper (Data formats replacing Jochen who stood down), Stefan Kowarik (outreach replacing Bridget who stood down. Bridget is happy to come along for a DAPHNE4NFDI link)

There was a brief discussion on how to encourage input from wider community when Working group chairs meet. Tom encouraged us to send email to mailing list via MailChimp.

TA drafted a survey on Aug 5, in a Google form.

* Where the sessions the right length?
* Is it clear as to how to contribute?
* Was a 1 day meeting long enough?

## 3. Reports from working groups

### Analysis WG
ISA has kindly provided signing certificates for signing and notarizing macOS apps (GenX and refnx have already taken advantage of this). We should advertise this process on the webpage. EasyReflectometry + BornAgain + RasCal2 might be at least three other apps that could benefit.

- [ ] ACTION AN to ask Wojtek how to sign Windows executables.

### Sample environment WG
We had a quick discussion on how to work together to develop jointly better sample environment. Create lists on the sample environments each facility have.

Maciej brought to our attention an OSCAR call for grants w.r.t FAIR data. https://oscars-project.eu/open-calls.
