## 2. Reports from each working group
### Education & Outreach
* AGM Registration is open see [indico](https://indico.esss.lu.se/event/3289/)
* ARM wants to make sure that the machine learning sesssion has a "focus" such that at the end there is feasible action items.
* Perhaps the goal of the session is unclear to ARM (please clarify if so)
* Working group updates should be short coverages of what has happened recently.
* Constitution - was going to be a vote on it but Adrian Rennie suggested if we should even vote on it.
* This section will instead be a "discussion".
* Format and impulse talks
* Brian will also present, in addition to those on the list already.
* FAIR data for reflectometry
* Add a talk (probably from Jochen) about the .ort file and the metadata that is present in that
* Update on constitution
* Should we add an open orsopy discussion?
* Yes, MS to organise.
* What should we do to advertise? Other mailing lists
* The usual suspects
* Webpage redesign plan
### Data Formats
- Should we be trying to get more using the .ort files?
### Reproducibility
- ARM spoke with Andrew Caruana and Christy Kinane about the standard samples box. Problems getting the fringy sample -- wait and see.
### Data Analysis
