IUCr & CIF format - [X] ACTION_FEB5: JS Invite Arie van der Lee to meet us - update? - [x] ACTION_APR1: TA set up meeting to update webpage. - [x] ACTION_APR2: MS Need to make better link with Linus/Frank - [x] ACTION_APR3: AN to make a conda-forge recipe for orsopy - [ ] ACTION_APR4: JS and BBM to decide on formalization of lookup paths for e.g. wavelength, incident angle (whether it is in column or header). - [x] ACTION_APR5: BBM to create examples for Nexus usage and distribute for discussion at next meeting. - [x] ACTION_APR6: ARM to discuss standard sample box with Andrew Caruana. - [ ] ACTION_APR7: AN to chase SNS-ORNL w.r.t. round-robin sample - [ ] ACTION APR8: ARM to look into mailing list options. ## 2. Reports from each working group ### Education & Outreach * AGM Registration is open see [indico](https://indico.esss.lu.se/event/3289/) * ARM wants to make sure that the machine learning sesssion has a "focus" such that at the end there is feasible action items. * Perhaps the goal of the session is unclear to ARM (please clarify if so) * Working group updates should be short coverages of what has happened recently. * Constitution - was going to be a vote on it but Adrian Rennie suggested if we should even vote on it. * This section will instead be a "discussion". * Format and impulse talks * Brian will also present, in addition to those on the list already. * FAIR data for reflectometry * Add a talk (probably from Jochen) about the .ort file and the metadata that is present in that * Update on constitution * Should we add an open orsopy discussion? * Yes, MS to organise. * What should we do to advertise? Other mailing lists * The usual suspects * Webpage redesign plan ### Data Formats - Should we be trying to get more using the .ort files? ### Reproducibility - ARM spoke with Andrew Caruana and Christy Kinane about the standard samples box.
