# One Pagers Template ## SCIPAB Situation - Complication - Implication - Position - Action - Benefit - ### Example Some coordinators will want to closely steward the learning process "Ludium coordinator wants to walk contributors through the reporting process (and potentially creating a guidebook for them). Interesting to consider as we move from a more coordinator-centric to a more contributor-centric focus" Situation - DAO Members need to learn how to use Govrn. Complication - Agwn (Ludium Coordinator) wants to be active in the learning process so he can ensure that his members know how to use Govrn. Implication - He is asking for materials that can enable him to do active onboarding. Position - We are going to make documentation for Agwn to accomplish goal. Action - Make onboarding video for him to learn about what's happening next. Benefit - We can expect Ludium usage to go up 5%. **Learning:** In DAOs, if a "thing" the DAO wants it's members to do isn't (a) universally accepted, (b) well documented, or (c) extremeley simple, the DAO users won't do it.
