Genuine Labs Tax2Gas Implementation

Dear Terra Classic Community, Genuine Labs proudly presents this proposal aimed to bring up to the chain an implementation for incorporating tax into gas and removing the need for separating handling and calculation. ### Proposal Overview Since late 2022, Terra Classic has been employing burn tax, which inherited the idea from stablity tax (only serve USTC). It is noticeable there have been several issues related, such as: - Contract developers need to calculate the tax manually and adjust the amount for it. - Clients, or dApps, have to calculate the tax themselves, as the simulation endpoint only provides gas estimation. - Migrating audited dApps becomes cumbersome due to these Classic-specific adjustments, leading to required re-audits. Recognizing these risks, the proposal [#11873](https://station.terra.money/proposal/columbus-5/11873) promotes Tax2gas, which aims to handle the misconception and to tackle the current problems related to burn tax.
