http session 和 tcp session 是不一樣的東西，常聽到的 session table 滿了、 syn flood attck 是指 tcp session的部分。
http session 則是指網站識別使用者身分的，通常一個瀏覽器對應一個網站都是同一個session。
網站管理者可以自行設定session的數量
