This answer is purely from my personal perspective and experience. With my background, a boy from some remote rural area in the middle of Vietnam, education from my early has been programmed as the only way to change my life. It has been a determination from my parents fighting for their kids to have a better life with education. Moving on, education has been unlocking so many doors of opportunies, and the most important part is that I have choice over what want to pursude. And then technology kicked in as a door of choice, as of the door that education gave me. Technolog and science in generally have great impact on how we do things in modern society, and how we can improve our quality of life. As a software engineer, I'm making my living by implementing and utilizing technology and generate values daily. Next, economy becomes the result reflects how effective our education and techlogy/science are applied and converted into real life values. The whole knowledge economy today bases on how advanced our technology is and how well the education could equipped our workforce. In the relations, growing economy invests back into our development of education and technology. Those 3 pillars are backed up and promoted each other in the long term growth for our world settings today.
