# Dopis - Ocekavame, ze dojede zastupce spolecnosti Vianova do Prahy a provede zaskoleni vybraných osob, které nasledne budou obsluhovat systém Vianovi – muzeme s timto pocitat? - Dále ocekavame ze Po dobu behu pilotu bude poskytovat vianova prubezny support, bude k dispozici jako online support pro pripadne nastavovani systemu. - Ocekavame, ze V. provede prvotni nastaveni systemu, zaneseni dat do systemu, abychom s nim mohli dále pracovat. - PowerHUB je technicky koordinator – sbira od prahy 7 a dalších mestskych casti technicke požadavky na systém vianova, koordinuje které funkce je potřeba nasadi (priklad – parkovani ve zakazanych zonach, jizda po chodniku..) - PowerHub na konci workshopu vyhotovi doporuceni, zda je služba vianovi vhodna pro potřeby prahy # ENG - We want to see *deeper* cooperation from you as the supplier during product launch. So, we are expecting that a representative of the Vianova will arrive to Prague. Someone who will train our employees to be able work independently with the software. Can we count on that? - Additionally we expect online support from Vianova for potential changes in configuration during the testing period. - Furthermore, we expect Vianova to provide initial setup of the system and data implementation. - PoweHUB is technical coordinator - he collects technical requirements from city districts and coordinates which functions might be set up (fe - parking in prohibited zones, driving on the sidewalk...) - At the end of the testing period, PowerHUB will prepare a recommendation for representative of Prague. If the Vianova sulution is appropriate for actual Prague's problems.
