Responding to private support requests 1. [Hackathon](https://hackmd.io/I68ejqi0Tf61W88K0RUyZw) preparation * Invitation letters for international participants? 1. News and announcements ::: ## Notes ### fMRIPrep reliability * Lune Bellec + Glatard + Lea Waller (HALFpipe dev) working on evaluating reliability of fMRIPrep. * Trying to keep up with changes to fMRIPrep, and one common question among users is whether users need to reprocess all of their data through new versions. * Lea has prepared a new version of HALFpipe that includes denoising quality metrics, and a number of groups are reproducing locally to investigate effects of site/hardware? * Workflow will involve notifying folks when a new version impacts the data and working with fMRIPrep dev team to identify which changes in the release caused the changes. Also hoping to flag versions that would be good for LTS. ### Responding to private support requests * Apply to NumFOCUS or INCF funding to get resources so that responding to such requests can be sustained over time and done by several (funded) people. ### Hackathon * Invitation letters could be handed in case attendees are asked at borders. * Examples from ISMRM, OHBM annual meeting letters could be useful. ### News and announcements * McKenzie's revised paper under review. * Mélanie working on IQM variability on multi-echo fMRI.
