Please consider it and self nominate. ### Hackathon comments / summary * Oscar is providing a summary. We met in Boston end of April / beginning of May * Focused on a few projects, particularly fMRI-post framework and extensions (Rapidtide and Tedana), NiFreeze, PETPrep/PETQC. * Eric Earl asking about whether the hackathon is an annual thing, or whether this is a one time thing. We hope that it will continue but will depend on the funding available. Guiomar mentioning a potential funding solution to support this with the recent awarded COST action on Neuroimaging Data Sharing. ### Process of growing a new "-Prep" (T1Prep) * Christian Gaser, main developer of CAT12 (https://github.com/ChristianGaser/cat12), is interested in adapting CAT12 into a T1Prep that can handle the processing of anatomical data. * We should work towards defining a roadmap for how it could potentially be included, and how it would live together with sMRIprep. * CAT12 won't work on rodents, but there are collaborations for working with non-human primates (Julich). * There's an rSPM toolbox for rodents (in MATLAB as well). * Links: * CAT12: https://neuro-jena.github.io/cat/ * CAT12 paper: https://doi.org/10.1093/gigascience/giae049 * Manual: https://neuro-jena.github.io/cat12-help * Enigma Pipeline: https://neuro-jena.github.io/enigma-cat12/ * QC paper: https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.02.28.640096 * T1Prep: https://github.com/ChristianGaser/T1Prep * Should work with T1 and T2. * What about sMRIPost-CAT12? Or sMRIPrep-CAT12? ### Project updates * Want to add geolocation to our telemetry pipeline (migas) * Examples from Dandi: * https://dandi.github.io/access-page * https://github.com/dandi/s3-log-extraction * ASLPrep local hackathon. Taylor providing a short summary. * How to start a new NIPrep app
