# 20220914 Casey/Taylor meeting
###### tags: `casey meetings` `greene lab`
## General
+ arcadia is still going well, I still see myself staying long term
### CF
Progress
+ OSF repo with data product: https://osf.io/3mkva/
+ New ADAGE runs: https://github.com/greenelab/2022-cf-sputum/pull/9
+ New Sophie on public data: https://github.com/greenelab/2022-cf-sputum/pull/11 (still draft, there's a bug from low coverage that i'll either drop samples or do something else with)
+ Who should I request PR reviews from? I was asking Alex, but I think she's moved on? Should I do Ariel?
Looking Forward
+ Plan moving forward
+ Immediate: fix sophie bug on public data & upload results (2-3 weeks? only another ~day of work, but I'm quite busy the next few weeks)
+ Phasing out:
+ As we discussed in late July, my goal with this project is to run all of the computation for SOPHIE/eADAGE on all of the hogan lab samples and the relevant publicly available samples, and to post the results in an OSF repo so that someone else can dig in to them. I'm also adding a lot of documentation to aid this goal.
+ Things we talked about being useful are outlined here (i've added them to the github readme in a PR that isn't merged yet) https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EEC1rXPi1J-32GDzn4h5zf2cSYZTPclJc-rgpx9EOnM/edit
+ I don't have the bandwidth to do much more than this, but I do want to do it well. I'm not sure how to walk that line with Deb -- how do I make sure that what I've produced is complete and documented well enough that someone else could dig in without committing myself to doing more work above what we had previously discussed?
## Other
Question -- if you did join Arcadia, what would that transition look like for you? I'm curious specifically in regards to the CF project, but also more generally with the rest of your grants as well.
Also, how likely are you to join Arcadia? :)
