# Strudel x Nerd x Ichi Agreement (SNIA)

## Background:

The Ichi farm is about to propose creating a stablecoin issued against vBTC and incentivize it utilizing their yield farm system [link](https://hackmd.io/9nJBbR4-Q72TX7igcjaQ-w). In order to complete the agreement and deploy the farmIchi has asked for a grant under the following terms:

- Conditional: If approved, the proposal will only go into effect if the Strudel community approves 1 vBTC + $20k USDC grant to ICHI. This vBTC-USDC grant (a value of $40k on 3/1/21) will remain deposited in the oneVBTC-vBTC Sushiswap pool for a minimum of 12 months.

## Proposal:

* Organize a NFT fund raiser through NERD DFO in order to obtain the ammount required to secure the partnership
* Develop a NFT staking dapp in order to distribute 900 NERD (valued at 40k USD at the time of writing) to NFT holders

## Conditional:

- In exchange for the grant, the NERD DFO requests 10000 $TRDL to be issued and sent to the NERD DFO wallet, in order to be converted into Governance Strudels (gTRDL) in order to formalize NERD x Strudel relationships
