This is why [Ludus](https://playludus.io)caught our attention as a project that can solve a 60 billion dollar problem: Pay athletes for the value they bring to a sporting league, at any level. Most of the value from these competitions and the effort players put into training is often extracted by federations and leagues that pull off tremendous profits by only incentivizing the top 1% of players of any given sport. With Ludus, everyone will get rewarded for their played matches, according to their ELO rating which will allow up-and-coming talent to PLAY TO EARN and have an avenue to self-fund their sporting career.
