1. Choose Governance -> Submit Preimage

2. Select `Balances` pallet and `forceTransfer` extrinsic.
2.1. The first arguemnt is the `Treasury` address `dmwQify37xfGt1wDhAi8zfvovsAkdK3aD4iqW8dn8nfrsAYsX`
2.2. The second argument is the your own address
2.3. The third argument is the transfer amount. **Whatever amount you choose it needs to be followed by 12 zeros. EG: 100k KMA will be 100_000_000_000_000_000**
Finally copy the preimage hash at the bottom of the screenshot and submit the extrinsic and wait for it to succeed

3. Give this hash to Victor/Shumo/Kenny and they need to submit a Council motion:

4. They need to submit `democracy.externalProposalDefault`, using the hash from previous step, with `Threshold: 3`

5. Then they need to vote

6. Technical Committee can fast-track if needed.
