Cloud Native Buildpacks Working Group Meeting

This doc is meant to serve as the "one doc to rule them all" for CNB Working Group meetings and open discussions.

Working Group meetings are held:
- Every 1st and 3rd Thursday at 7am Pacific Time (Convert to your time zone).
- Every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 10am Pacific Time (Convert to your time zone).

- Recording / Live Stream Instructions
  - A maintainer should login to Zoom using creds in 1password and start the YouTube live stream. [Nanci] - I don't think we should do live stream. See Slack thread.
  - If no maintainers are attending the meeting, it will be automatically recorded to Zoom cloud and should be uploaded by a maintainer to YouTube later.
