# NFT Community DAO Incentives

## Assumptions

Just throwing out some ideas for how we can structure incentives. I'll start it with a few assumptions about the value proposal. It's obviously unknown what this can sccale to and I think the proposal was based on a review of the formula every epoch.

The assumption is somthing like this:

> **10,000,000** Million Prot minted (that's actually true and not an assumption)
> **50** people in DAO (assumption)
> Tokens evenly distributed to every member and fully distributed **200,000** each
> Total wETH (or equiv) investment / member = **.5** weth (assumption)
> Total Shares Per Member: **500**
> 200,000/500= **400** So 400 PROT tokens would be the equivelent value of PROT / share, in this scenenario.
Current Share price in DAI: 4.30807
Value Per Prot: **0.01077018** DAI (VPP)

So, if the value proposal passes as stated above the VPP should be kept in mind for potential incentives.

## :eyes: Incentive Ideas

point form for now then maybe we can do a quick consensus vote on discord for a few to expand on.

* start a minion for each circle and deposit a budgeted amount in each circle, so each circle can off their own incentives. Will help engage each circle.
* Airdrops - would like to airdrop at least 400 tokens to the discord members that request it. Perhaps more to our frens (can use disperse boost for this)
* Contests and giveaways eg. meme contests
* Contributions (actually a big topic and I think it would be best left to each circle how to do it) but some ideas by circle.
* Rewarding members with disperse payments. Small amount of PROT being streamed continuously to DAO members, creating FOMO for non DAO members.
* add liquidity for the PROT token, using swapr to create pools. Can make a yield farm very easily using the boost eg. Member provides liquidity to pool, deposits LP tokens into minion and a dispersal payment setup to distribute PROT rewards.
