檔案匯入/匯出

  • 建議自行下載RDWorksV8軟體，匯入圖檔並設定雷射參數後，另存為rld檔，再攜帶檔案至創客空間，便可直接進行加工。
  • 如果不確定參數設定，亦可直接將圖檔帶至創客空間，我們可以協助進行設定。

圖檔

  • 可接受jpg, png, ai, bmp, plt, dxf, dst檔案
  • 建議使用ai檔，且版本需低於或等於CC版本，色彩需採用RGB
  • 【文件】>【導入】/【導出】

封閉路徑檢查/閉合

檢查路徑是否封閉，在雷射切割中，未封閉的路徑會導致切割不完全而無法將成品取下。

製作網點圖

  1. 依據檔案匯入/匯出匯入jpg/png點陣圖檔
  2. 選擇圖案
  3. 【處理】>【位圖處理】

    • 【修改輸出分辨率】>【分辨率(像素/英寸)】: 辨識圖片的細緻程度，越大越細致
      • 建議1000
    • 勾選【處理】>【網點圖】>【頻率(線/英寸)】: 網點密度，越大越密集且網點越小
      • 建議50-70
    • 如果要用於壓克力板，可以考慮勾選【反色】
  5. 【應用到預覽】來預覽成果，【應用到源圖】來將設定應用到圖檔

設定加工順序

設定不同路徑之雷射加工順序，建議順序為雕刻>切割，內>外。可以避免切割造成的成品位移，以免影響雕刻/切割準確度。

在材料上進行雷射雕刻加工，可將圖形浮雕在材料上，並可透過功率調整雕刻深度、同時也會影響刻痕顏色深度。
