不可使用剪裁遮色片製作圖案

  • 在雷射雕刻中，所有的物件都會被加工

在雷射切割中，重複的路徑，機器就會重複切割，可能導致成品毀損。解決方法有二種。

A. 將重複的路徑分開

  • 將每個重疊的路徑都分開擺放

點陣圖轉為向量圖

將圖案轉為可以雷切的形式
使用影像描圖時顏色設定必須為CMYK，才可被RDWorksV8讀取。
可在【檔案】>【文件色彩模式】>【CMYK色彩】進行調整

  1. 將jpg, png類的點陣圖檔案丟入ai中
  2. 選取圖案
  3. 【物件】>【影像描圖】>【製作】

  4. 在右側面板中可以找到影像描圖選項，點選打開影像描圖選單

  5. 在影像描圖選單中進行調整
  6. 按下右側面板中的【展開】，即可產生向量描圖路徑，記得解散群組來編輯各個路徑

A. 描繪圖案的圖形

  • 調整基本及進階各項數值
    • 【模式】:選擇【黑白】或【彩色】
    • 【顏色】: 描繪的色彩數量，建議值在3~10以內，越高描繪的色彩越豐富，但後續雕刻設定越複雜
    • 【方式】: 請選用【鄰接】(左邊那個)
