## Information from NBIS TrC
* Re-structuring of the NBIS Training (information by Jessica)
* September 4 we will have a Support/Outreach/DM/Training strategy meeting (once per semester). Anything in particular we should raise?
* Date for Training meeting HT2023
* Tuesday 28/11 10-11:30 :+1::-1:
* Thursday 14/12 13-14:30 :hourglass_flowing_sand:
* NBIS Retreat in October - could be an opportunity to share more information on what the TrSG is (actually) doing
* Jessica will ask for a slot at the reatreat for 10-15 minutes update on TrSG work with some Liaisons contributing to the presentation. Also plan some sort of social activity together
* TrCs had meeting with NBIS Admin Annika and Jessica Lb, available to help with admin tasks

| Cell & molecular biology| |
| Data Management | One person to be hired soon, to be onboarded |
| EvoBio |Population Genomics in Practice will be held in Uppsala 6-10 November, 2023 and an In house "dry run" session 28-30 August |
| Health and Clinical | First meeting after summer this week. New people starting in September |
| Microbiology, Immunology and Structural Biology |There will be 2 new people starting in October with specialization on analyzing Cryo-EM data. They would probably need some on-boarding|
| Systems development | |
| UPPMAX/Compute and Storage| No new personnel at UPPMAX that needs onboarding. This week we have the first course for the fall, on campus this time. We have a busy fall when it comes to teaching. |
