How can we as Training Liaisons and Training Coordinators team best onboard new NBIS colleagues to NBIS training activities?
* Inform about *what* NBIS training is?
* Raise awareness and interest across new NBISers on *how to* engage in NBIS training activities?
* Liaisons have information on how to onboard new team members to NBIS training, such as:
* provide link to the NBIS Training Gdrive and Start here document
* Show the NBIS Training Collection and encourage to be a TA in courses (particular useful first year as to learn new skills, get to know colleagues and see how Training works)

* add a section on NBIS training in the NBIS onboarding/offboarding document
